Matthew has held finance, marketing and business development roles within the financial services industry since completing his business degree. In 1999 Matthew took time out from the financial advisory industry to complete an MBA at Melbourne Business School.
Matthew then ran a business consulting practice that serviced insurance brokers and licensed securities dealers.

Robert is a Certified Practicing Accountant with considerable experience in information flow and operational system development.
In 1996 he launched Viscom Systems, a business that provided advisory services for implementation of accounting systems and operating system improvements.
In 1999 Robert entered the FTA industry and has been the lead manager on major projects for some of Australia's largest retail and industrial companies.

Radek commenced working in the industry in 1998 and has specialised in the area of data acquisition, conversion and manipulation, system mapping and analysis. He has been responsible for the project management of major clients in Banking and Finance, Retail, Pharmaceuticals and Health, Grocery industry sectors.

Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and has worked extensively in Australia, Asia and Europe.
After a successful career in Hong Kong spanning 20 years, 13 with Price Waterhouse as a Senior Manager and seven with Astec(BSR) Plc, as the Group Company Secretary, he returned to Australia in 1996. Andrew has been working in the recovery audit industry since 1998, and in 1999 as owner and director launched The AP Specialists.
Andrew has extensive FTA experience in the retail, grocery and the telecommunications industries.

Dean is a business development professional with experience serving clients in most industry sectors and government.
Prior to joining Profectus, Dean worked for two years with KPMG in Australia
and was involved in the marketing of audit, tax and advisory services. Dean’s
other previous roles include business development and procurement roles for
Australian, European and Japanese companies in both Australia and Japan.
In 1999-2000 Dean returned to Australia from Japan to complete his MBA at Melbourne
Business School.
