Our specialist audit recovery services are developed to drill down deeply into transactional data and to require minimal input from our clients’ people. We achieve this by performing all analysis offsite. To address specific client requests and the unique nature of some engagements, we customise the delivery of our services in line with our clients’ expectations and needs.

The process for most of our audits is consistent with the six stages below. Each audit has the common elements of data collection, analysis, verification, approval, supplier/agency liaison and reporting. Most audit or consulting services are typically delivered concurrently and within the timeframe of the following process chart.
